What you’ll own:

You will be instrumental throughout the entire recruitment process, and you’ll become a trusted

partner to clients and job seekers alike.

· Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a

trusted advisor.

· Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.

· Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.

· Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients and

candidates.

· Build strong relationships with your colleagues – after all, your internal brand is just as

important as your external brand!

What you’ll bring:

· Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with

diverse individuals.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client needs.
