Your Purpose:

You will be an integral part of the team dedicated to recruitment consulting and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your clients. Working as a trusted advisor, you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, resulting in finding the right person for the right job. You will:

• Grow your network to develop new and existing business relationships
• Build a talent pool/candidate pipeline
• Facilitate all stages of a talent solution for your customers
• Understand and analyse the market and share trends with your clients and candidates

Who you are:

You enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business. You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all. What you will bring to the role as a Consultant:

• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• A desire to work in a collaborative environment
• An ethical mindset, demonstrable through your career to date
• Experience working in a recruiting and/or B2B environment
