Our Technology team in Brisbane is growing.

We're looking to grow our technology recruitment team with several key hires and are looking for enthusiastic professionals who enjoy building relationships, winning new business and running a true 360 desk. You’ll have an opportunity to recruit across our Business Transformation team which will consist of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Testers, Data & BI professionals, etc. or within our Infrastructure & Operations team including Service Desk,

Systems/Network Engineers, Architects, I.T Management, etc.

Whether you've recruited Technology before or built your career in another specialist market, what matters most is your ability to develop business, build credibility and deliver a great experience for both clients and candidates.

Note – We’re open to strengthening our team with a variety of levels of experience.

What you'll be doing

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role where you'll have ownership of your own market.

Your focus will include:

• Building relationships with clients across Brisbane.
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Recruiting Business Analysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Testers, Data and BI professionals.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
• Becoming a trusted adviser to both clients and candidates.

About you

You'll enjoy building relationships, developing business and working in a fast-paced environment.

You may already recruit Technology professionals, or perhaps you've built a successful desk in another specialist market and are looking for a new challenge.
