We are now hiring recruitment consultants to join our Hong Kong office's Commerce & Industry Team, specialising in Finance & Accounting contracting. This is one of our most mature and well-established desks in the entire company.

What will you be doing?

• Attract, select and assign candidates based on gaining referrals
• Develop strategies to ensure you are recruiting the highest of calibre of candidates for your clients
• Consult candidates on the marketplace, trends and salaries
• Interview relevant candidates, face to face, validate profiles and reference checking
• Achieve sales results through the generation of clients
• Build long term business relationships, sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking and cross selling
• Achieve sales through successful recruitment and placement of candidates for organisations
• Manage the job filling process with control and care ensuring the expectations of both the candidate and client are being managed
