The Company:
Robert Half is a leading talent acquisition firm and our team is specializing in Insurance Recruitment including Actuarial function. We work with a range of clients across the industry to identify and attract top talent for their actuarial teams.

The Role:
We are currently seeking an Recruitment Consultant to join our actuarial desk. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the actuarial industry
• Identifying and attracting top talent for actuarial roles, including both active and passive candidates
• Conducting interviews and evaluations of candidates to assess their skills and fit for specific roles
• Collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements for each position
• Developing and executing customized recruitment strategies to attract and assess the best candidates for each role
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ideally with minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a focus on actuarial positions
• Open for applicant without recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
