We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Capital team at Mercer. You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our graduate and intern recruitment programs across Germany and Austria. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and HR Operations, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly in a fast-paced, international environment.

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, and recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Review CVs, support candidate screening, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and support onboarding activities for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems while ensuring process compliance.

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and HR Operations to support hiring initiatives.

  • Contribute to campus recruitment activities and other talent acquisition projects as required.

What you need to have:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination role.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • German language skills are an advantage but not essential.
