Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Management team in our Dallas office. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating recruiting events, and maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders. You will play a key role in campus recruitment initiatives and use tools like Workday, Monday.com, and Handshake to manage recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team across all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications.

· Maintain and update candidate records in Workday, track recruiting activities in Monday.com, and manage campus recruiting efforts through Handshake.

· Prepare and distribute offer letters, interview schedules, and related documentation.

· Assist in planning and attending on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, networking sessions, and info sessions.

· Serve as a point of contact for candidates, university representatives, and internal team members.

· Track and report on key recruiting metrics and maintain up-to-date dashboards.

· Help manage the internship and early career hiring processes.

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role preferred.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Workday, Monday.com, and Handshake, or ability to quickly learn new systems.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to travel locally for campus events and work flexible hours as needed.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Work Environment:

· Full-time, on-site position based in our Dallas, TX office.

· Occasional travel to universities and recruiting events required.

    Hours of Operation:

    • Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
    • Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday. 
    • We pride ourselves on flexibility; however, there will be peak business times when additional hours are required
