The Role

We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Ops Specialist to support and scale our hiring operations across technical and business roles.

This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while enabling our recruiters and hiring managers to operate efficiently. You’ll own scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications, while helping improve recruiting processes and systems in our ATS, Ashby. This is a high-impact role with exposure across the company and an opportunity to help build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview workflows

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby

  • Assist with job postings and role updates across platforms

  • Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics

  • Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline health

  • Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting operations

  • Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience

     

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Ops, or similar operations role

  • Experience with Ashby ATS

  • Experience building recruiting operations with tools/systems management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extensive experience calendaring

  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

  • Interest in startups, operations, or building scalable processes

Approximate base salary range $65K – $95K • Offers Equity
