Process: - Inbound Voice (Technical Sales Process)

Profile: SR.CSR/ SR.TSA

Interact with the international customers.

Make call to the international customers.

Make them understand the purpose of calling.

Designation: .Category:SR.CSR/ SR.TSA

Education: No bar.

Experience:  Experienced

Fixed night Shift Time: 8:30pm to 6:30am (Fixed)

No Rotational Shift.

Gender: Male & Female both can apply for the job.

Age: maximum 32 years.

Skills: 

Excellent English Communication Skill.

Candidate should have a positive attitude.

Good conversational and customer service skill.

Willing to work in international BPO .

Monthly Compensation: 

Starting salary Rs. 12000/20000 per month is Fixed.

Salary increment in every after 3 months.

Fixed salary 1st of every month on time every time.
