What we do?

As a RPO firm we assume the risk of aggregating and representing a pre-screened group of candidates for a job shared by our customers. We cover nine critical yards for finding ‘needle from a haystack’. We provide a broad range of RPO services and solutions to help organizations facilitate change, achieve their vision and optimize performance and productivity.

Laaffluencce RPO is looking for passionate ‘Recruiters’ with ‘06 months - 5 years’ experience in US staffing - IT and Non-IT.

Opening in Bengaluru, Pune (Launching soon) and Noida

Who you are:

• Someone with Full life cycle experience in US Staffing and Recruiting. Industrious with zeal and passion to help job seekers find a job
• Ability to envision Laaffluencce customer job requisition. Actively listen to candidates. Understand their career aspirations, location preferences, target jobs and companies.
• People’s person – match job for job seekers in US for our clients. Technically and culturally fit.  
• You have learner centric approach and hands on with SOURCING candidates from JOB Boards – Dice, Monster, CB and Indeed; Social Networking sites – LinkedIn, FB, Github, Twitter for hunting, locking and loading both active and passive candidates like a true Recruiting Pro 
• Well versed with using any – Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Job Diva, Bullhorn, Talent Rover, Max Hire
• Experience in either working in MSP, VMS, Perm, Temp, C2H model and with ease understand Work Authorization
• You have a consistent track record sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary technical talent for senior level roles 
• You are data driven with extensive experience building and defining recruiting pipeline metrics and using data to debug problem
