Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Nashville

Position Type: Full-time, Entry Level

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible schedule option based on performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Support candidates throughout the interview and initial onboarding process, serving as a liaison during recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants for onboarding.
  • Ensure thorough documentation completion and keep candidates informed during onboarding.
  • Facilitate clear communication among all company departments.

Necessary Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Demonstrated telephone etiquette.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

  • Salary plus Commission.
