About Us:
Platinum Fundraising was established over 25 years ago by a passionate and visionary female entrepreneur. Since day one, our mission has remained consistent; to make a positive difference in the lives of children. We are passionate about what we do, and that passion starts with the people we hire.
Our workplace is fun, high-energy, warm, and encouraging. We believe work should feel good! We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but excited to grow with us.
What This Career Entails:
We're looking for a dynamic experienced recruiter who thrives on finding great people—not just reviewing applications. You’ll be a key player in shaping our team and culture. If you're the type of person who enjoys sourcing passive candidates, reading between the lines of a resume, and building genuine relationships throughout the hiring process, and providing HR support that contributes to a strong employee experience, we'd love to meet you!
Essential Functions:
- Build pipelines of passive candidates through sourcing, networking and outreach.
- Evaluate candidates beyond their resumes by identifying motivation, communication style and long-term fit.
- Deliver an interview experience that reflects our energetic and welcoming culture.
- Partner with hiring leaders to improve quality of hire rather than simply filling seats.
- Own recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and applicant tracking in BreezyHR
- Play and active role in creating an outstanding onboarding experience by welcoming new hires, conducting office tours, facilitating introductory orientations, and helping employees build connections through first-day lunches and meaningful interactions.
- Assist with a variety of HR tasks and support functions as needed
- Administer pre-employment testing and ensure compliance with hiring protocols
- Conduct walkthroughs and company orientations for prospective hires
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- A true talent hunter: you know how to look beyond the resume and spot potential
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with new people, with a natural ability to make candidates and new hires feel welcomed, comfortable, and engaged from their very first interaction.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of internal roles (Sales, Customer Services, Administrative, HR, IT)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Comfortable conducting interviews and serving as an enthusiastic ambassador of the Company's culture and values.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable to changing business needs
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Familiarity with ATS softwares
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Compensation & Growth:
We offer a starting base salary of $29.00- $32.19 per hour, based on experience, plus a competitive bonus program that rewards successful interviews, hires, and long-term employee retention.
There’s also plenty of opportunity for professional growth and advancement—this is not just a job; it’s a career path.
