The Position

The Opportunity

Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team within our global shared services hub, where your financial acumen directly supports our broader purpose in global healthcare. As a Record to Report PEC Analyst, you will ensure the precision, compliance, and efficiency of our end-to-end financial operations. Working within a dynamic regional ecosystem, you will take ownership of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and continuous process improvements.

In this impactful role, you will:

  • Manage Transaction Lifecycles: Perform and analyze core accounting transactions, justify accruals, clear open items, and record journal entries with high precision.

  • Ensure Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolve anomalies promptly, and deliver complete financial packages within defined deadlines.

  • Support Audit and Compliance: Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external audits by providing clear schedules, financial documentation, and transparent information.

  • Champion Internal Controls: Maintain up-to-date process documentation that aligns with financial reporting controls, corporate policies, and local statutory requirements.

  • Advance Process Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline daily operations and foster best-practice sharing.

  • Systems & Digital Literacy: You possess practical working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP) alongside proficiency in standard business spreadsheets and productivity tools.

  • Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
