Receptionist - Maven Dental Yokine

Maven Dental Yokine is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice in a permanent part-time role (35 hours per week across 4 days). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience while working alongside a close-knit team. 

We're ideally looking for someone with previous dental assisting or clinical experience who understands the day-to-day flow of a dental practice and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and play an important role in keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanour
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Managing patient enquiries both in person and over the phone

Roster

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 5:45pm
• Friday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
• 1-hour lunch break

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant or within a dental practice is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
• Positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
