Would you like to work for a multinational company with a diverse and social workplace that grows and invests in their staff? We are looking for a professional and outgoing Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in our beautiful North Sydney office.

This is an exciting role with lots of variety from reception duties to facilities and events responsibilities.

What you'll need to bring to the party

  • Professional, friendly, welcoming reception and hospitality skills
  • A team player attitude as someone who is motivated and happy to get involved in all tasks of the job
  • Focused with strong time management and juggling skills
  • Passionate internal and external customer service skills while championing our values
  • Ability to follow direction and work autonomously

What you'll be doing

  • General reception duties, meeting room and VC set up
  • Diary management and adhoc administration
  • Maintaining security access system and reporting – training provided
  • Liaising with suppliers and raising PO's for payments
  • Assisting in regular internal and external events
  • Assisting the Business Support Manager
  • Working with all levels of the business across multiple offices

  • Recent business college graduate or looking to reenter the workforce, some flexibility available.
