Real Estate Consultant

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the real estate industry by advising clients on property investments and transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will engage in market research, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and facilitate property viewings and negotiations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying client needs and providing guidance on property options that align with their requirements.
• Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about property trends and pricing.
• Assisting clients in property transactions, including preparing necessary documentation and facilitating negotiations.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase available listings.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• English level very good to excellent.
• Car is preferable.
• Experience in Real Estate field developer or brokerage.
