We are seeking a real estate lawyer with at least three years of experience to support our thriving national multi-faceted real estate finance practice.  The ideal candidate will have sophisticated real estate transactional experience (primarily financing, sales and acquisitions) and distinguished academic credentials. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment.

Duties:

  • Negotiate and draft transaction documents (letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements etc.)
  • Perform due diligence (including title and survey, land use permitting and contracts), including coordination of due diligence review by associates and paralegals
  • Conduct closings, including document preparation, signing, coordination of closing/post-closing activities
  • Adhere to a standard of ethics and maintain confidentiality of the firm and its clients
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
