Ready Mix Driver II

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe operations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with all transportation and safety requirements.
• Support a positive customer experience through professional service and teamwork.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL License.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a construction or transportation environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible decision-making.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional working relationships.
• Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
