Reach Truck Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up reach trucks to move, locate, and stack inventory while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move and store materials
• Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner
• Pick, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and location management
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck experience required
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Cold storage experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
