Key Responsibilities:

• Develop next generation Pyralux and adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for FCCL (Flex Copper Clad Laminate).
• Explore new ingredients with chemical functionality that improve product performance via understanding of customer needs & material technology.
• Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to develop copper clad laminates
• Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process
• Assists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.
• Provide training to technician and sales representative.

Qualifications:

• PhD degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
• Experience in patent search and patent filing is a plus
• Experience in polymer synthesis is a plus.
• Experience in dispersion or interface mechanics is a plus.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
• Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Good computer proficiency.
