Rare Disease Manager (f/m/d)
Region: North Germany
Focus will be on
Supervision and coordination of the most important national centres for Adult PFIC
Create compliant projects, establish project plans and facilitate project management to increase adult PFIC awareness and referral.
Event planning and organisation including on-site support for selected events and congresses (national and regional events)
Main contact person for inquiries from HCPs about projects following our Compliance and Legal regulations and laws. Any scientific enquiries not in the scope must be forwarded to the medical department
Support in the creation and approval of targeted materials
Thought Leader Engagement Planning
lose cooperation with the KAM and SM and further relevant stakeholders (Medical, Market Access, Omnichannel Manager)
Creation of key account plans in consultation with other relevant functions
Identification of relevant contact persons as well as networks in the field
Close cooperation with marketing and medical
Exchange with the Market Access department regarding the contract situation
Use and expansion of digital communication options
OPEX management within the responsible budget framework
Qualification requires
Many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in Rare Diseases especially on Adult PFIC indication
Strong key account and project management skills
Assertiveness and professional appearance internally and externally
Organizational skills, high reliability and structured way of working
team-oriented and cross-functional way of working
Extensive knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook (or equivalent) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Good knowledge of English
Willingness to participate in events and conferences and related travel and overnight stays
