Design Reviews

• Performs the Design Reviews on site for all projects for his(her) scope of ownership. 

• Assesses the implementation of his(her) standards and the technical risks (incl. manufacturability) based on a detailed checklist.

• Supports and challenges the engineering team in defining action plan and tracks progress.

• Supports the engineering teams to solve difficult technical issues when needed.

• Assesses de-standardization requests issued by project teams.

Technical training

• Performs trainings to worldwide simultaneous engineering teams (through a Technical Institute)

RAISE Committee

• Prepare and attend VISTRONIC Monthly Raise Committee

RAISE workshop

• Participate to [Raise-LCP-VIST] workshops
