Job Summary
*** HIRING BONUS ELIGIBLE ***Join our team as a Radiation Therapy Manager and lead a dynamic group of Radiation Therapists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the radiation treatment program, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
ARRT RT(T) certification and Massachusetts RT(T) license required.
5+ years of Radiation Therapy experience, including leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists, supporting performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Ensure appropriate staffing, workflow coordination, and patient scheduling across treatment areas.
Provide clinical leadership, support complex treatment situations, and promote best practices and standardization of care.
Oversee safe and effective use of the EMR and treatment management systems, serving as a resource for staff education and training.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including ACR, Joint Commission, and state requirements.
Partner with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and operational leaders to optimize patient care and departmental performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, competency programs, and ongoing staff development.
Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, and program growth.
