Radiation Oncologist

We are seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist to join our expert team. In this role, you will provide high-quality radiation oncology services, creating individualized treatment plans and delivering effective radiation therapies to cancer patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes while staying abreast of advancements in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop personalized radiation treatment plans based on diagnosis and clinical history.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive cancer care.
• Administer radiation therapy, monitor treatment efficacy and patient response.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, side effects, and care strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records adhering to regulatory standards.
• Participate in research initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices.
• Keep updated with latest radiation oncology techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited institution
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology required
• Valid medical license to practice
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Radiation Oncology preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy equipment and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
