L.A. Darling will be conducting onsite interviews for our open manufacturing positions. We are seeking assembly operators, machine operators, set-up techs and welders. Positions available on both first and second shift. Racks and un-racks parts on fixtures to be cleaned and painted by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Hang parts on paint line with hooks at intervals
• Perform a Quality Check on parts for any noticeable deficiency
• Ensure parts are not hung to close as to touch
• Check parts for noticeable rust or dirt
• Instruct new rackers on proper hang procedures and patterns
• Remove parts from moving paint line conveyor
• Stack parts on correct size pallets or skids
• Pack parts in correct cartons by specified methods
• Inspect painted parts for good paint coverage, dirt or rust spots
• Band pallets of parts if required 
• Works closely with Product Engineering, if required.
• Complete 60-day probation period without incurring disciplinary action.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
