Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and develop strategic sales plans.
• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT/AV solutions
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
