R&O Maintenance, Hourly

As a Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Lead here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the organization's repair and overhaul maintenance operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Boyne City, MI location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's overall productivity, safety, and quality standards by strategically developing and implementing repair and overhaul policies, optimizing resources and budgets, and ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards and regulations.
