  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, stakeholder experience, and operational excellence within the R&D tax function.
  • Collaborate on special projects, reporting activities, presentations, and business initiatives that support the evolution and growth of the R&D tax program.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts, software development activities, and development documentation.
  • Experience coordinating projects, workflows, business operations, or cross-functional initiatives in a professional environment.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve productivity and business processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
