How you'll make an impact
- Serve as global expert on load losses and short-circuit forces
- Guide engineering teams through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to R&D projects as Technical Lead or key team member
- Develop transformer designs, models, and technical documentation
- Perform electromagnetic simulations and analytical calculations
- Define and execute validation experiments
- Analyze test results and convert insights into design standards
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Your background
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10–15+ years in transformer design or R&D environments
- Strong expertise in load losses, eddy currents, and leakage flux
- Deep understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics
- Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., FEM)
- Proven success in R&D delivery, problem-solving, and failure analysis
