This professional will be in charge for the E2E Quote do Cash process (pre-post sales): that contains activities such as but not limited to:
• Manage Invoice Printing (following the rules established by the Tax Authority of Venezuela)
• Proposal Preparation, contract, FOP Validation, Billing and Credit
• Bid Support to sellers
• This professional will have contact with several areas inside Kyndryl as sales, pricing, credit, legal, finance, accounting and other areas to guarantee completeness in the process.
• Needs to perform and support advanced customer service activities, including problem investigation, propose resolution and client engagement
• Also needs to support audits and help the squad to set funnel priorities via two-way communication with clients/sellers, team engagement and continuous improvement. Communication and growth mindset is key in all these steps to guarantee support with quality
