Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, expertise in forecasting techniques and models, and proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Python. Exposure to Dataiku DSS and AI/ML capabilities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement forecasting models and techniques to predict pharmaceutical market trends, sales, and claims.
• Analyze and interpret data from various pharmaceutical industry sources, including secondary/subnational data, sales data, and claims.
• Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and Python to build and refine forecasting models and perform complex data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights and forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of forecasting models, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, data sources, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting or a related field.
• Expertise in forecasting techniques and models.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry data sources, including secondary/subnational data, sales, and claims.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with Dataiku DSS and AI/ML capabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
