Berachah Nig. Ltd a division of covenant consultative group with a chain of multi billion naira projects across Nigeria requires the services of dynamic and result oriented professionals to fill the following vacancies in the company.

 

Shall be responsible to the project manager

Shall head the quantity surveying unit of the organization

Shall head the stock/inventory unit of the organization.

Shall be responsible for costing, valuations, certifications, project financial reporting etc.

Shall assist/ advice the project manager on contractual documentation, attend project meetings, vet claims, variation and fluctuations etc

Shall assist the project manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the general manager

BSC/HND in Quantity surveying

Cognate experience of 10 years in a construction outfit.

Must be registered with the relevant professional bodies

Must have a verifiable good track record of managerial skill in construction work.

Must have good interpersonal skills and influence with the ability to coordinate various activities at a time with minimum or no supervision.

Must be energetic and willing to work at any location of our project sites of offices.

Must be computer literate with the ability to use basic computer software possession of higher degree in management filed shall be an added advantage
