Apply to this jobDesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level with strong MEP or Data Centre project experience.
Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible.
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process
- Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money
- Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports
- Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years' QS or Cost Management experience
- Consultancy or client-side experience highly desired
- Must have extensive M&E or Data Centre experience
- Chartered status, or working towards.
