Quantity Surveyor – Landscaping Project – Freelance - London

The Role

• A superb opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work in hard and soft landscaping.
• Working for a sub contractor; managing their sub-contractors, cost reporting to the business, applying for money from the main contractor.
• Exciting opportunity increase your experience with great clients and progression within a growing company.
• This is a site based job.
• 12 months worth of works.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the candidate include:

• Ability to run a job on your own.
• Experience working for Contractors.
• Experience on civil engineering jobs
• Experience of Site Based Jobs
• Experience and a successful track record of saving money and completing claims
• Utilities, highways or drainage experience.
• Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly
• Experience on Commercial Projects with a main contractor preferred

The candidate must have recent UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor
