Job description
Our client, one of the UK's largest and most successful 5 Star House Builders, seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their busy commercial team, in their South Eastern region, based near Maidstone, Kent.
With a huge land-bank and pipeline of works you will help to financially delivery new-build residential projects across Kent & East Sussex. Based mainly from the Maidstone offices 8am to 5pm, you will also be expected to regularly attend your sites, working closely with the construction and technical teams and reporting frequently on the financial standing of each project.
Responsibilities will include:
Procuring sub-contractors
Processing payments and submission of invoices
Financial reporting
Concluding final accounts
You will likely have worked in a similar capacity with a contemporary developer and have 5+ years experience.
