What our Quantitative Trading Interns do

Daily trading activities – Assist with analyzing daily trades and recapping significant trends

Rotations – Rotate between product groups to gain a broad understanding and knowledge of the market and Belvedere’s trading strategies

Desk strategy – Engage in daily collaborative strategy adjustments with your team to adapt to market dynamics

Research – Participate in quantitative research and the application of quantitative strategies while learning concepts behind our core market making operations

Data Analysis – Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights that bolster our trading strategies

Training – Benefit from our industry-leading BTU program, complemented by ongoing practical training within our trading operations, covering a spectrum from foundational knowledge to advanced proprietary concepts.

Team Player – Trading and development are not isolated activities at Belvedere, so great candidates will have demonstrated success in working in team-based environments

AI Fluency – Effectively use AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining independent judgement and critical thinking

Core development skills – You will need some training or a demonstrated ability to learn programming languages such as C++, C#, and Python

Knowledge of the financial markets and trading industry isn’t required, but it is a plus!
