Quality Technician _ MA

1. Conduct product inspection according to drawing/Spec at supplier side; /在供应商处，根据图纸及规范进行产品的检验

2. Report and deal with failure detected in inspection and Support Engineer to handle claims; /汇报并处理现场检验中发现的不良和协助工程师进行投诉处理

3. Operate lab test equipment according to WI and maintainthe 5S/根据作业指导书操作设备及实验室的5S 管理

4. Other tasks arranged by leader. /领导安排的其它工作

Qualification Requirement

Junior college or above of mechanical engineering or relative major. /大专机电类或相关专业

More than 3 years quality work experience in related inspection. 3 年以上检验经验

Knowledge: Training of test management, such as ISO17025. ISO 9001, IATF16949,实验室管理知识，如 ISO17025, ISO 9001, IATF16949.

Skills: Strong ability in measurement and test,like Calipers,Micrometer and roundness tester;

Basic ability on machine maintenance, repair, simple fixture design. 较强的检验及测量能力，如卡尺，千分尺和圆度仪等；基本的设备维护，维修 能力及检具设计能力。

Competence: Computer skill about MS-Office. 熟练应用办公软件。
