Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect samples of raw materials used on the production line (flake blends according to production recipes), fibers, and nonwoven materials.
  • Perform quality testing on samples, including moisture content, viscosity, fiber analysis, and specific nonwoven tests (tensile strength, mass distribution, thickness, heat deformation, dimensional stability, nail tear resistance, etc.).
  • Enter analysis data and test results into the dedicated project database.
  • Identify, label, and archive samples in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable standards within a continuous improvement framework.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quality, chemistry, Material Science or Material Engineering ( Associate's or Bachelor's level).
  • Solid knowledge of chemistry, polymers and materials science.
  • Exeprience with quality control and measurement tools.
  • Good understanding of management system standards including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Strong interest in digital tools and technologies.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to continuous improvement projects.
