Quality Specialist

Optimiza is seeking a diligent Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of our products and processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and support the continuous enhancement of organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assessments and audits to verify compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports, manuals, and guidelines.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems and initiatives.
• Assist in training employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor customer feedback and work to address quality-related concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Mid-level experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across the full QA lifecycle including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, reporting, and supporting UAT activities.
• Demonstrated excellence in software testing activities with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Good analytical and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in automation testing and familiarity with automation tools/frameworks.
• CTFL certification is mandatory.
• Experience in E-services projects is preferred.
• Previous experience working on MODEE projects is considered an advantage.
