Job Description

The automotive industry is known for the high standards it imposes on all the participants in the value chain. Quality standards are driven by the Original Equipment Manufacturers and are usually governed by the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. The Quality Manager - will be responsible for leading the quality organization across the region, implement the new Global Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure local policies and procedures meet global standards. This role will ensure we meet and exceed all industry quality standards.

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline required

Masters Degree or higher in an Engineering or scientific discipline preferred

4+ years of experience in Quality Management, Product Stewardship or Continuous Improvement disciplines required

3+ years leadership experience required

Expertise in Risk Management

Expertise in Project Management

Prior automotive quality experience preferred
