Quality Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activity of the quality department
• Implement and maintain the quality systems of LCIE China of ISO/IEC 17020, 17025, 17065.
• Ensure Risks and Opportunities are identified and their associated operation control measures are implemented
• Control the application of quality procedures
• Identify the deviations from the quality system or from the procedure for performing certification activities
• Initiate the actions to prevent or minimize such deviations, such as correction, corrective action, continual improvement and etc.
• ensure the effectiveness of certification activities
• Improve quality system especially according to referential conformity and taking care of clients’ willing.
• Point out referential evolutions of quality system
• Organize and participate in working group regarding quality improvements
• Carry out quality audits and ensure that corrective actions are applied
• Organize the management review
• Respond to inform any related parties (E.g.: Administration, Human Resource, etc) including Accreditation Organization any changes about the Division (E.g. Relocation, Key Person changing, etc) and monitor the  follow up of all parties
  • Have authority to stop any activity for which some non-conformity was found implicating the quality of concerned services.
  • Assist general manager to define the targets to reach in term of quality

Quality 

• Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
• Adhere to BV CPS quality requirement

• Ability to project manages & implements vehicle launch plan for work readiness schedules.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.

• Well knowledge and understanding of ISO/IEC 17020, 17025, 17065.
• Strong leadership and extensive management skills.
• Knowledge of computer application in relevant software

 

Education & Experience:

• High Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Quality Management or any other related fields
• 3 years working experience in Quality system management and 1-2 year experience in management level.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and extensive management skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical product testing/inspection/certification.
• Knowledge of computer application in relevant software
