n this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our Automotive Power modules, driving compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle. You will also optimize quality processes, oversee the performance of quality-related units, and shape the future of our quality engineering capabilities
In your new role you will:
- Development of a qualification concept as well as the execution, assessment and documentation of product- and process qualification taking customer requirements into account
- Methodology development of accelerated reliability tests or new test equipment
- Active support of the development- and product creation process from the idea to series release regarding conformity with common QM standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AQG324)
- Be responsible for any quality issues during APQP or design reviews with external customers
- Taking over product responsibility from a quality perspective for selected product families in the area of electric drive train applications for BEV/pHEV/FHEV
- Deriving quality goals for our products based on customer and application requirements
- Managing customer communication even in complex technical situations to avoid an escalation
Your Profile
As a quality expert, you excel at driving excellence and reliability. You're passionate about process improvement and strive for exceptional outcomes. With a proactive approach, you identify and mitigate risks and inspire others to do the same. You're a collaborative team player who embodies quality and drives continuous improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A successful university degree (diploma/master/PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on power electronics
- First experience in the field of power semiconductor/electronics or power module technology preferable
- Experience in quality management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hungarian/German is a plus), enabling effective communication across roles and functions
