Job description
At Jabil (NYSE: JBL), we are proud to be a trusted partner for the world's top brands, offering comprehensive engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. With 60 years of experience across industries and a vast network of over 100 sites worldwide, Jabil combines global reach with local expertise to deliver both scalable and customized solutions. Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.

At Jabil, quality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Quality Inspector you will play a key role in ensuring that products meet customer expectations before they leave our facility. Acting as the final quality checkpoint, you will inspect finished products, identify potential defects, and help drive corrective actions to maintain the highest quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, and takes pride in delivering products that meet customer requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform final quality inspections and pre-shipment audits on finished products.

  • Review products for cosmetic, functional, packaging, and labelling defects.

  • Select and inspect product samples using established quality standards and inspection procedures.

  • Identify quality issues and escalate findings to the appropriate teams for investigation and corrective action.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

  • Enter inspection results into manufacturing and quality systems.

  • Monitor product lots throughout the inspection process to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements.

  • Assist in training new inspectors and provide guidance on quality standards and inspection practices.

  • Work closely with production, engineering, planning, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Contribute to a safe and organised work environment while following all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.

  • Experience working with quality standards, inspection procedures, or manufacturing documentation is an advantage.

  • Comfortable using computer-based systems for data entry and reporting.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Why Join Jabil?

At Jabil, you'll be part of a global manufacturing leader where quality, innovation, and teamwork drive everything we do. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to customer success, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
