About the Role: 

As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a key role in making sure our products meet high standards throughout the production process. You’ll work closely with the quality and manufacturing teams to inspect parts and products using various tools and techniques, helping ensure everything is up to spec before it reaches our customers. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Inspect products at different stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure quality and reliability. 

  • Use tools like micrometers, calipers, and vision systems to check measurements and product features. 

  • Identify defects such as contamination, color variation, or mechanical issues. 

  • Keep accurate records of inspections and measurements. 

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain documentation. 

  • Support quality initiatives and help keep inspection equipment clean and ready to use. 

  • Enter inspection data into our system and help with packaging and labeling of inspected parts. 

  • Occasionally assist with special studies and improvement projects. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Some experience in quality control, manufacturing, or injection molding is preferred. 

  • Comfortable using measuring tools and reading technical drawings. 

  • Good attention to detail and ability to spot defects. 

  • Basic computer skills (especially MS Office). 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
