About the role
We are looking for a Quality Excellence Specialist to drive the execution of our enterprise Quality Excellence Program. In this role, you will help connect our QMS, ISO frameworks, and vertical quality priorities through structured coordination, clear communication, and consolidation of insights. You will work closely with regions, functions, and customer-facing teams to enable alignment, continuity, and continuous improvement across Quality Management.

Key responsibilities
  • Enterprise Quality Excellence Program: Coordinate and drive initiatives that connect enterprise QMS, ISO requirements, and vertical priorities. Implement tools, templates, and frameworks that strengthen operational consistency and delivery discipline.
  • Program Execution & Functional Improvement: Lead structured execution of quality initiatives, ensuring milestones and outcomes are delivered efficiently. Identify friction points, streamline processes, and standardize practices to strengthen Quality Management performance.
  • Internal & External Alignment: Facilitate forums, workshops, and communication that connect Quality Management with business teams and customers. Consolidate insights and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Knowledge & Functional Enablement: Support knowledge transfer from Quality Management to Operations, ensuring smooth adoption of quality practices. Standardize and simplify processes to free up SMEs for higher‑value work.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maturity assessments, audits, governance preparations, and follow-up actions. Identify systemic improvement opportunities across Quality Management.
What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to consolidate insights
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and supporting multiple workstreams
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong administrative discipline
  • Educational background in communication, business, project management or related field
  • Strong written and spoken English
