Job Responsibilities

  1. IPQC/FQC/OQC/Technician training & management
  2. Process quality management
  3. Customer audit & complaint handling
  4. FAIR/MEWR/MEMO/TECN/ECR process review
  5. DMR/RNR/CAR process review
  6. WI/SIP/SOP/CP revision
  7. Quality & efficiency improvement

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, machinery or relevant majors.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of quality management experience; automotive industry background preferred.
  3. Language: Proficient in English, fluent in listening, speaking and writing.
  4. Traits: Outgoing, resilient, with strong communication and coordination skills.
