Quality Engineer Risk Management (f/m/div)*

Ready to play a key role in risk management in the semiconductor industry? If so, this position is for you! You'll coordinate risk management processes, train and support teams, and facilitate collaboration.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team as a Risk Management specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving risk management processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards in the semiconductor industry. Your expertise will play a critical role in minimizing risks and maximizing quality.


In your new role you will:

• Moderation of (P)FMEA / RAs in semiconductor business incl. monitoring and reviewing actions,
• Support, train and coach the organization about risk management (FMEA, RA)
• Coordination of risk management topics between different sites (e.g. Lessons Learned)
• Active participation in projects regarding risk management
• Reporting of FMEA / RA status

We are looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage the risks. You should possess the following qualities: a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational and planning skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• BSc / MSc degree (Quality, engineering/technical field)
• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Solid English and Hungarian knowledge
• FMEA methodology know how
• Analytical and critical way of thinking
