Job description
- Evaluate quality data and reports to identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
- Perform quality analyses and inspections, for example data analysis, benchmark testing, localization of destructive/non-destructive analysis.
- Report the inspection results to the management team in a timely manner.
- Utilize standard quality tools; FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, 8D, 7-Step and etc. to establish, facilitate, and validate the necessary corrective actions to resolve issues as required.
- Accountable for incoming and outgoing quality & procedures according to control criteria.
- Support management team in driving quality improvements and external communications.
- Educate, train, and monitor the performance of quality assurance inspectors and other staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
- Coach and mentor less experienced engineers; check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems.
- Perform and support inventory count and required adjustments at distribution or supplier.
- Other tasks will be assigned by the managers.
