Quality Engineer - Gebze

We are now looking for a “Quality Engineer " to be a member of our Quality Department!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.

• 1-2  years of quality experience in a multinational company

• Strong analytical skills

• Advanced in MS-Office applications

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player and proactive

• Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitude

• Must reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit area

• No military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in the identification, data analysis and resolution of issues in New Product Introduction

• Implement corrective/preventive actions for problem resolution and continuous improvement

• Implement the required quality documents and procedures to support the ongoing manufacturing process

• Represent the quality function as NPI technical support

• Review all supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action efforts on NPI products

• Provide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies.

• Lead PFMEA activities on new products to eliminate or reduce risks to product quality

• Participate in all NPIs reviews on all quality related workflows

• Lead the deployment of Quality Engineering tools for the effective and efficient development, transfer, and maintenance of products throughout the product life cycle

• Support QA team when required to meet site compliance.

• Support review and approval of NPI related Analytical Test Method Transfers and/or validation

• Support onsite internal and external audits as required
