Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests for web applications and services 

• Create and maintain performance test scripts using k6 

• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable performance recommendations 

• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance 

• Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins 

• Utilize observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Grafana for performance analysis and monitoring 

• Continuously refine frameworks, tooling, methodologies, and reporting capabilities to improve speed, coverage, and insights 

• Stay updated with emerging trends in performance engineering, observability, and AI-driven monitoring solutions 

• Effectively communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

• 1+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Performance Testing 

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 is preferred.  

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Grafana 

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies 

• Basic understanding of APIs, web technologies, and system architecture is a plus
